Easy to book my party online. The party hosts were very nice and helpful. A whole lot of fun for us having my sons 2nd birthday party there. Thank you lady’s!!!

The team members were very helpful and kind. It was very busy this day which was hard for the little kids. The check in was somewhat a cluster and we didn’t know what to do but stand around.

The hand sanitizer stations were empty.

Everything went very smoothly, and our host Morgan was fantastic and took care of everything.

Staff very accommodating. We had to reschedule a party and the employees were so understanding and helpful. Kids had a blast! Food was very good too!

Everyone was nice ....our host hanna was the best.....very helpful loved her!

There was not always people there watching what was going on. My kids where following the rules yet the other kids that where there where just cutting in line and jumping on top of my kids.

The only thing I and other parents that attended the party didn’t know about was parents had to buy socks and sign a waiver to watch their kids jump or they couldn’t enjoy watching otherwise.

Everything was great except the pizza. It was really gross. I ordered 3 and had 2 whole pizzas left because no one wanted to eat it.
