SkyZone

We were highly satisfied with the birthday party and everything associated with it. My main reason for selecting satisfied with the overall visit was due to the other customers at sky zone - not all masked or social distancing. Employees were great and we still had a great time.

I was highly satisfied with my skyzone experience because the staff was very friendly . I had alot of people in my party group and they got us all checked in and ready quickly and they set up passed out and cleaned up everything for me which was extremely helpful!

The facility was way too crowded. Capacity limits should be adjusted when multiple birthday parties are booked. When they only have an hour to jump, waiting in line is not something that they wanted to do. There were too many kids jumping which made it somewhat precarious.

We had a good time overall. Did not like the wait time on the party room at all though. We also felt rushed out of it too. Staff were nice though.

It was easy to book and plan the party. The check in was quick. The party host's did a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of.

Overcharged by 2 kids. Wife called and left message today. No call back.

Waited over 1/2 hour to get in our party room. Party before us lingered way too long, then try still had to clean up. It was closer to 45mins past tyr time we were told we could get in to put or personal belongings in, or get drinks.. etc. That was the most irritating part of it.

The cost is quite high for a big family like ours. Would like more options than just pizza for the party as well. Kids had a blast though!:)

Customer service was beyond my expectation. They were attentive and well informed. They portrayed positive attitude and was right on schedule as needed.
