Overall great experience for my sons party. Very easy to book and the party person was vreat

Manager called me 3 times before the party to explain everything and ask if we had any questions. We got $75 off the price of the party. The host was very polite and very helpful

We had an amazing visit! From the time of booking my sons birthday party , arriving, check in process, to all of the help we received helping to make the entire party as amazing as it was , I can’t say enough words about how happy I am with the whole thing! Our host was awesome!

People were right there when needed

The staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Your place is well kept. We loved everything about it!!!!

My only comment is because of Covid the water fountains were closed and we had a number of kids get thirsty before the "party time" when they were jumpinh and was told we had to wait for the drinks til the party started. A pitcher of water and a marker to put the names on the kids cups (so no wasting cups😊) would have been great so they could hydrate during jump time.

Kids had fun, party was easy since I didn’t have to set up or clean up. Party room host was friendly and helpful with all of my requests.

Claire was amazing through the whole process- kept in communication with me throughout the day! The check in was smooth and effortless. I loved that I didn’t have to set up, tear down or clean up anything.

Our party host Nyah was very informative. Professionalism is NOT at all an issue within the entire unit. Very attentive staff to oversee our wild crowd of jumping kids. Great job skyzone Belden. We’ll be back for more fun.
