I appreciated the booking process in that i booked online and was contacted the same day to confirm and discuss details. I appreciated the staff taking over all of the hosting tasks such as announcing when our party guests were to leave the floor and head to the birthday room as well as serving the pizza and drinks to the children. All of the staff were polite and cheerful while still keeping children safe and enforcing the rules.

It was just too expensive for the one hour jump time. But the staff was excellent
