Need more than 1 hour of jump time included in the party for the price.

This is the second birthday party we have had at this skyzone. In 2018 we received a call prior to the party to double check everything, this year the name wasn’t already on the birthday name plate and the party wasn’t set up until right before it was time for attendees to come upstairs. B/c of covid, some guests weren’t able to come . I wanted passes for the the empty spots bc we didn’t fill up the 10 spots we paid for in package. I talked to at least 2 people about this and no budging like they couldn’t do anything. No empowerment. Skyzone is struggling for attendance. I spent over 200 dollars and it was not appreciated. I know of other people receiving this, so I was very disappointed. Then asked for a tip. Unfortunately, we won’t have a party there again. Not for the price

Our party host was great and explained everything before hand. The kids always enjoy jumping. It’s easier for the parents to enjoy the party knowing you have someone to do clean up.

Although the facility was very nice and as expected, the price of hosting a party is a bit much in my opinion. Kids enjoyed it, but tired and lost interest very quickly so did not seem worth the great expense. Not enough tables in common area.

We had our daughters birthday at Skyzone on 12/7. It went well and the only complaint I would say we had was time in the party room. My suggestion would be at least 50 minutes if not 60 minutes in the party room so it isn’t so rushed when you have a birthday for younger children.

Not enough pizza

We had a child get hurt by an adult player in dodgeball. Team member did not break up age groups and this rough adult was never asked to calm down or sit out

The price was high, overall the party went well. More seating for parents would b nice. Where they can see the kids. Phoebe was our host, in Florence, Al, she was great.

I was highly satisfied. I would recommend this park to others. We will return in the future.

We were unsure of the process when we first arrived.so we waited in line then we're told about the waivers and had to get out of line to complete those then wait in a long line again
