I had a wonderful experience during my son's birthday party. My event host Kristian was exceptional. He was very kind, patient and informative. I can honestly say that he made my experience at sky zone very positive and one to remember. All of the staff was very great which allowed both parents and children enjoyed themselves.

Our guide Kristian was FABULOUS and FUN!! It was a 13th bday party for my daughter, with 15 friends, and Kristian was great with the girls. Enquiries via phone and email to set up party were very helpful too, and all staff was quite nice and accommodating as i had to change our date a couple times. The only reason i don't foresee returning in a year is that we don't live in New Rochelle and this was a special occasion. Only mini complaint would be parking...tricky as required license plate # so we all had to walk back to our 3 cars to check...not your problem/fault though ;) it really was a great night. thank you

Don't take it personal, I rarely give out 10's.

I was expecting that the kids will have more organized time and not let to them self all the time during the play. they are 7-8 years old and I believe they would profit for some instructions. The feel was more do what ever you want and then come back to have some food and cake.

We had an issue with the food we ordered for the party not being ready but rather was about 20 minutes late. There was also confusion where the cook got my order and other party’s order mixed up.
