No reason at all

Overall it was a great experience, party host could have been more polite, for example allowing us to use the party room earlier this way the kids could’ve drank water. They were all so thirsty and sweating from jumping. Also I don’t think water so be part of the drink choices, it should automatically be given.

My son had fun.

Check in time took up a lot longer then expected. Wrong pizza and waited 30 mins for them to come out . Overtly guest and I had a great time

Everything was great in the beginning. But we entered the party room late. Then the pizzas where 10 minutes late which caused our party time to be cut into. Then there where staff walking up to my party members saying we only had 4 minutes left. Which they should have just come to me personally. We should have been able to stay in the room extra time since we entered later and the food was not ready which caused us to only be able to have 20 minutes to eat and have cake.

The host for the party was very good but she was alone the entire time trying to manage a party of 23 kids. I ended up having to help put out the drinks and pizza and cake because she couldnt keep up and children were waiting. You need two people working the party room. Also, the pizza is not good for small children. Half of them wouldn't eat the deep dish.

A worker covering the private jump (not my party host)was not too friendly and allowed 2 ppl not in my party to jump

Overall, Monisha, our party planner was great. However, there was a back up in the kitchen for pizza so we were delayed about 15 minutes, meaning time in the party room for pizza and cake was limited.

It is overcrowded and the wait times are long for certain areas. Birthday parties are way too expensive and you are rushed through eating and celebrating. Birthday party host, Brianna was great though.

I booked my appointment on the phone and the call center told me all wrong information.
