The online scheduling is limited and has a generic explanation. The average Birthday expenses is Three to Four hours start to finish and the booking an scheduling show limits of 2 hours and no additional add on options online. After booking then find out other options are available that weren’t explained when I Pre called.

We enjoyed the jumping part of our Childs party, however we very much disliked that we were unable to even get into our past room until our hour of jumping was over. It would have been MUCH better if the room was open the entire two hours, with drinks always available, so the kids could go grab a drink while jumping and have a place to take a break. Not having access to the room and to drinks until the jump time was over, will be the reason we do not book any further parties with sky zone.

I didnt like that the jumping was for the entire hour prior to parents being able to sit in the party room or even set things down in there. Not a super huge deal just made it a little awkward for parents with little kids, carseats, etc. Or if this had been explained to me prior to the party even. I've never rented a space where that was how the party time was before

Don’t feel the package price was worth all that was available to jump on, should have more areas.

We had an issue with the young female employee working the dodge ball area. She was more interested in the boy hanging out and flirting with her versus watching and making sure no one got hurt. The boy was another employees family member hanging out all night- no jump stcker on at all. He was there when we arrived and left after 9pm. Ultimately we pulled our kids, 10 birthday party guests,from that area because we didn't want anyone hurt.

Price is little bit to high for the small party we had and the small amount of time the kids have to jump. It also is crazy that even though the room we paid for for the bday party from 3 to 5 was open the entire time we could not go in until 4 after the kids jump time was over. All Adults have to stand around bored all Spread out over the facility killing time until they unlock the door and let us go in to sit down and put up our decoration or just all be together in a room to talk and eat while kids are jumping. There’s older grandparents some sickly that had To walk around n sit in walk ways for a hour while a room we paid 300$ for was open and available but we ain’t allowed in until the last hour . I was never told that when setting up the party.

The overall experience was great. The kids had a great time! I was a little shocked by the price I paid. It was $50 more than a birthday party I had there in July. Could have been the day or time of year difference, not really a huge deal just was surprised.

For younger children, a shorter jump time for a lower price would be nice. The kids got tired before the hour was up. The food wasn’t that great for price. The service was great.

Staff professional and friendly. Facilities very clean and not crowded. Extremely organized.
