High price of entry, inattentive or disinterested checkin staff. No clear instructions. Unclear about what time we needed to be there.

The only problem I had withe the party we booked was the time we had in the party room. It was not nearly enough time. It felt very rushed!

The birthday party package was very expensive for what it includes. Possibly have packages that do not charge for the paper products, socks etc. it cost less for my 5 extra guests to pay the regular price than to add on to my party. Which we didn’t know. I could have saved $20. It’s $20 per guest on the party or could have been $16 regular price.

The party room experience was not inclusive at all. We had a large party and was booked in the smallest room. The party attendant was not very active or talkative to engage the kids. What she did, myself and members of my party assisted her. I did not feel the amount of money paid matched the level of service

We were extremely put off by the lack of response to an extremely large (6ft + 50yrs + 275lbs + )overweight man in a red shirt who was constantly out of control and actually landed on and injured a tiny little girl in our party seemingly as though on purpose because he thought she was too little . When the issue was brought up to staff it was shrugged off.

Checking process and line

The hostess only sat out plates and cups for the kids and when asked to set out additional plates, by my husband, made a smart remark about pouring drinks for the adults. We also had served dessert ourselves before our hostess came back with candles to sing happy birthday to our son.

Pre-check in was fantastic. Amber was fabulous. I now know why the early arrival to get waivers signed. Apparently an adult has to sign for the child, however in doing so, the sign in can be frustrating as to having to save or it deletes all and one has to redo the whole process.

Our guests were having long waits to play dodgeball Other times when we have been there they have let others go in as players were out. We were just trying to get the most for our party guests and asked the team member if he would do that since so many were waiting

Price was a bit much and the pizza was not very good. The cake cutting utensil tore up the cake we purchased. That's all.
