Very friendly and helpful staff Very clean areas. Everyone was very knowledgeable of all the equipment. The party experience was just fantastic. The room was very nice and the hostess was super.

The employees were so friendly and assisted in everything to help with our birthday celebration. The kids had fun and were safe on the equipment while enjoying themselves. Our party hostess was fantastic and communicative. Loved it!

The party was easy to plan. I enjoyed not having to prep anything

Everything was great. The birthday party hostess was wonder and paid very close attention to our children’s needs and was very careful with the young ones. The food was decent not great. Pepsi sucks, go with coke and have juices available instead of just water. all you can drink Gatorade or Powerade/soda fountain would be awesome. Also the other park in Indy offers cupcakes in the party pack for the same price as this park which does not have cupcakes. Makes me feel slightly cheated but the other park was too far away for some of my guests so I had to go to this one.

Our party check in person was great, some guests arrived before we did and she had them checked in ready to go. Our party room attendant Kristen (I think was her name) was AMAZING! Everything ran so smoothly, I want to have every party here!!
