They took care of our belongings while with the party. Kids enjoyed it. Very clean and everyone seemed polite.

The service was quick once we arrived. The food was ready in the party room when we were done jumping. Also our party host did an excellent job and went above and beyond to give us a great experience.

It’s always a great place. Prob won’t have another birthday party there however.

everything was clean, people was nice

We were able to have all of our family together for our son’s birthday party and not have to worry about keeping everyone entertained. They all had so much fun!

Our attendant was exceptional

The team member who worked with us during our time in the party room was EXCEPTIONAL. He was so patient with the girls in the party. He helped each one of them get pizza and drinks. We had over 20 3rd grade girls, which can be overwhelming, he did not lose his patience and never seemed like he was annoyed. He made sure the girls had what they needed and even brought pizza over to the girls at the table if they wanted more. He made our experience so easy and fun for the girls.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The person that was helping us in the party room was also really helpful and brought us everything we needed. One of our girls had lost her coat and the staff and manager looked at the camera to see where it ended up and they found it. We were really grateful for that.

The whole thing from booking to the end of party was well worth it. We had fun and was very well respected at guest.

The staff were amazing. I also have a 7 year old autistic son and the staff were very patient with him.
