I love the environment

I was satisfied but The PIZZA from Jet did not taste good at all.

The lady that employee that helped set everything up was awesome. She cut the cake, passed the drinks, cleaned up, took care of everybody, was patient and friendly.

I enjoyed not having to clean up after. We had a nice friendly staff helping all the time. The kids enjoyed themselves a lot.

Everybody was very friendly, I had no problem with a question that was asked, and when I needed something, there was no hesitation.

ALL of the staff members were friendly, happy, and so very helpful. Everything was organized and punctual. We did a double birthday and so the work was next to nothing for the other mother and I. It was perfect. The kids said it was the best birthday yet!

Every well organized cleaned and very friendly workers. Madison also was a great help! She’s a worker you guys should be lucky to have her

Team Members we’re great! Party was easy & fun! Would’ve liked to have an hour in party room or no clean up required so we had more present and cake time. Had some trouble checking in with waivers, we’ve had that issue before though with waivers showing up then not showing up which was overall not a problem and easy to fix! Kids had a blast, price was great, all of our help was fantastic!

The staff was very accommodating when we had issues with arriving as scheduled. They were all about giving my son and guests a great time. They definitely went above and beyond.

This by far was the easiest Birthday party I have given my son. The staff was nice from start to finish. My guest had a great time.
