My family, friends and I had a wonderful time at the SkyZone. My daughter was very happy with her birthday party there. The young woman that was our party person was Awesome! It was a great experience for the children including the adults. Everyone of our guests were highly satisfied with Skyzone and the food. The party attendant was very polite. Definitely the best place to have a birthday party.

I felt the time in the party room was rushed. I feel 40 minutes isn't enough. That time frame should be changed to an hour.

The party was organized. I didn’t have to entertain children. I didn’t have to clean up.

I would have liked to have left a gratuity, but the gratuity could only be paid in cash. If you accept a credit card you should accept gratuity via credit card as well.

The staff was not friendly to the children attending the party.

There was an issue with the invitations, even though it said email sent many said they didn’t receive them. I had to send the multiple times and some people said the email didn’t clearly show how to RSVP.

Too congested. No assistance with check in with the computer. No clear direction as to the steps to follow upon check in. Cannot hear announcements on the pa system.

All jump places are the same for me.

My child’s party room was not set up in a timely matter because another party took our room. So that was less time for us to be in the party room due to that error.
