We had a wonderful birthday party at Sky Zone. There were just a few things I would change personally. I feel like the 40 minutes in the Sky Zone Birthday Room flew by very quickly due to there only being one assistant to pass things out to a larger party. It would definitely be better for there to be two. We usually open gifts while at the party so we can personally thank the person who brought them, but there was no time at all. Otherwise, everything went fairly smooth!

The clerk could not find the waiver information for two attendees, it was resolved after two other individuals got involved they took about 10 minutes

I wish we had more time in the party room. An hour would’ve been nice. We didn’t have time for presents and it was too crowded to open them elsewhere. Felt rushed out.

Originally the date was scheduled incorrectly. I wish there a little more time in the party room with a little more space.

Too expensive. $25 per kid for 1 hour jump time and rushed room time for pizza and cake. The pizza was cold and seemed like it sat for hours.

The party room wasn't available for us when we arrive. Only because there was another room available we could decorate the room before our guests arrived

Some of our members had completed the online waiver days prior to the party, however the waivers were "lost in the system" and had to be filled out again.

The price is a little high for the amount of jumpers. I’m used to paying the same amount but for 20 kids, not 10 (at a bounce house, not trampoline park). Also, we ran out of drinks, and while I was appreciative our party helper brought in water, I wasn’t given the option to purchase more drinks. She also kept leaving, which I understand is to give us some alone time, but we were without a helper and needed more cups and plates. I found them, thanks to the labels on the cabinets. Don’t get me wrong, she was extremely helpful and I was glad to have her.... I just wanted her there more lol.

We scheduled a party of 15, when our group was called to the party room, they only had set up for 8 kids, and they didn't have our pizzas or drink pitchers ready. The party attendant seemed to have forgotten to fill our drink pitchers, so while she went and did that, she gave me plates to give to the kids and I served the pizza and cake so not to completely waste our room time. The benefit of having a party at skyzone is that I don't have to do anything, and unfortunily for us I could have just done this at my house with my trampoline. Then I was asked to tip her for her hard work, and frankly I worked just as hard as she did!

It is very expensive to host a party at this location compared to others, but we had a wonderful time. The host was helpful and we had a large group with us. I wish there was a better pager system to let the party parent or party guests know when it is time to go to the room. We couldn’t hear anything but mumbling over the speaker. It was a busy day for parties and confused many people.
