Great experience

Everything went as planned and the staff was super helpful amd amazing. The play area was alot of fun

The experience was stress free because the staff had a cart with birthday child's name on it for participants to use for gifts. Then when the cart was full they offered a basket for shoes to be placed in. Once all guests checked in, the staff placed all items in the party room for me. They hung up all the coats AND set all the shoes neatly on the floor. The party attendant was very helpful at getting pizza and desserts passed out to all attendees. Then when it was time to leave, the party attendant packed up all the items on the cart for us. We were then able to use the cart to push out to the car to load up. All staff was polite and very helpful throughout the whole experience.

Our hostess was very personnal and helped with every aspect of room setup. One of our guest coat qas lost and she assisted in finding it. She was receptive when last minute ordering was requested.

Our party host gerald was outstanding. He was completely on top of the event and helped in the party room so well. I will request him for my next party.

It was fun for all the kids! Pizza was good. My son really enjoyed having his party there.

Kaitlynn was our Birthday Party Hostess and she was great! Very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that it was SUPER cold in Sky Zone and in the Birthday Party Room. Also, it seemed like there were a couple parties scheduled to start at the same time as ours...and it was a little confusing at check in because we never had any rules explained to us or were told when the kids could start jumping. Once we checking in, we just waited until our jump time. It seemed like there weren't enough staff members on duty.

Everything was great. We wished we could have had more time in the party room. It’s a rush to eat pizza, cake, and open presents by the time everyone gets in and settled. Staff was great.

The place is very fun for all ages. The staff there was soooo helpful and nice. We were a little late but they still helped us and were understanding. We had a great day!
