Staff was friendly, facility was very clean. We had 15 five and under kids for a birthday party, they all enjoyed the morning. The cheese pizza was good for the kids. Our staff member who assisted us in the room was friendly and always had gloves on. Very pleasant experience, we'll be back again.

Our two hostesses for our party yesterday were AMAZING! They asked our opinions. They were ready for the kids to have a blast. They followed us around with the sweat bands and warrior paint so that everyone had them. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

It wasn't to crowded for being a Friday night. Although we could have used about 15-20 more minutes in the party room after jumping we were able to eat pizza, eat cupcakes and open presents within the 40 minutes. Everyone had a great time especially the birthday boys!

Extremely satisfied, we had plenty of time to eat pizza, have cake and open presents for a party of 10. Our host Collin was great and helped us and had everything ready for us when we walked in and packed it all up for us as well.

The person I booked our party with was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, but got backed up with the arrival of other parties and my party arrived at different times. Not SkyZone's fault, but another check-in person might have helped.

I loved hat the staff did everything in the party room. They were very attentive. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I first submitted the wrong rating.. we were highly satisfied. The joliet location is amazing. Staff and event manager are wonderful. My son had a wonderful party thanks to Sky Zone.
