Sky zone made my sons party perfect! The kids have so much fun and I enjoyed myself as the host did everything!!! Thank you soooooo much! We will be doing a skyzone party again next year!

The staff at party check in and in the party room was fabulous, patient, friendly service. I was very shocked to have such great service at a kids party place.

While the park was clean and working properly, most (not all) of the staff present were either aloof or seemingly irritated by working there. Our party hostess, Trinity, was great but seemed a tad nervous. We arrived in the party room and waited 5 minutes before she arrived. This fact may have attributed to the fact that we felt rushed to eat and felt like we needed more than 40 minutes in the party room. Overall, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time there. My son was very happy with his 10th birthday party.

Not very much help with check in with our bday party. I didn’t know where to put coats and shoes. No one explained rules.

There were 20 kids in our party and with only 40 minutes it felt very rushed. The kids were barely done eating by the time we needed to leave. I jumped in myself and helped our drinks and serve pizza because the time was ticking away. Had I not done that there would have been no way that we would have been finished on time. Our birthday host also disappeared at the end with all the gifts and my bag leaving me to have to carry all the extra goody bags in my hands. We spent over $600 on this party. We should not have felt rushed.

She made sure everything was together and in order.

The experience itself for the kids was great. I feel for a party of 20 it is overpriced. The organization at check in could be better. I didn’t feel comfortable with personal belongings and gifts sitting on carts right next to the front door

As the party host, there was no clear instructions. Staff was friendly but there was no one attending to the party. There were children checkin on my party that were not even part of my party. I needed to get the room set up but there was no party helper until 10 minutes before our room time. I just ended up bring the stuff up to the party room myself because on one knew when or who would bring it. My party helper told me she "just got in". That was 80 minutes after my party started and no one addressed our group with and rules or agenda prior to our jump time.
