The birthday announcement was awful. Couldn't hear or understand what was said. The fruit punch was watered down. Not enough time in the party room. 30 for pizza and cake felt rushed.

We were very satisfied. The party prices are high, especially compared to other local activities. Our son had a great time though

Some areas did not have staff limiting time on equipment such as jousting or ladder. Lack of communication when staff was to confirm if we had 20 additional minutes to jump or if we had to wait somewhere for party room because another party went over. My son did not receive his shirt to sign day of party and there was no cart upon arrival. Had to wait and ask for one. Someone also took his birthday sign from cart, we wanted to take it home.

It’s a bit more expensive than I’d anticipated. I will come again but not make a party

Cost of hosting a kids birthday party at the venue is excessive. The Lack of staff at check-in was less than desirable. The staff on the floor demonstrated poor supervision that led to a minor injury of a child.

Our additional add on to our food was longer than what we were told. Women's bathroom needed attention. Way to long of a process to check in.
