The hostess was very well mannered. She was knowledgeable, and she kept the kids entertained. All the employees were helpful with getting up checked in and being able to start jumping on time.

My son Cody has his party here. Tatiana went above and beyond to get the crowd involved in singing and dancing in the party room. Liked that the facility was geared fir bigger kids. Wish the inert oackage prices were a little cheaper.

From the moment that I called to book the Birthday party until the moment that we left following the event, the entire Sky Zone team was phenomenal. They were extremely knowledgeable and made themselves available to answer any and all of our questions. Our party room host was also engaging and her service was first-rate. I will be telling any and everyone to book birthday parties here in the future because the staff made sure that it was smooth sailing the entire time. The birthday girl was extremely thankful as well.

We have a birthday party with 10 children ages 6-10. During a game of dodge ball there was an older teenager throwing the balls extremely hard at the little ones, my son was injured/ brought an ice pack, however nothing was done by the attendant to remove the older teenager because it was a dangerous environment. A few adults addressed the situation because nothing was being done by the attendant- obscenity was being used around the children and from what we were told from your employee “ the particular teen is a regular and comes often after his shift at work” that is not acceptable. It was my sons birthday and he was crying within 10 minutes of jumping. In the past visits to sky zone, the younger children have been removed from dodge ball so the older kids can play separately, why this was not done I do not understand. We feel the teen will do it again since he’s a “regular” and the other guests will not be as kind as us and you will have a violent situation on your hands. Please address this with your employee who was in charge of dodge ball on Sunday October 20th between 12:45-1:45. I hope there is even camera footage to support my claim

I was highly satisfied. The computer did not allow me to correct my answer. My guests had a ball along with the birthday boy who is my son. I will definitely be back again for non party fun soon.

The person who checked us in was less than friendly. The person who began checking us in was nice, but he was not very knowledgeable. He tried his best to assist us, but he just didn't know what he was doing. The lady who helped never once smiled, and she acted as if we were a bother to her. Our hostess was very nice, but in July, when I had my youngest daughter's birthday party, there were two people assisting. This time, we only had one and the drinks we go empty, and I assisted with passing out food and cake, so that things would speed up and so that our guest didn't get bored. The pepsi soda tasted like diet, and the hostess made the remark that there were new people working and they may have given us the incorrect soda. Well she never fixed the issue. I had to continuously ask for refills.

I thought for the price we paid thereshpuld have been more jump time. We were given 11:45-12:45 but they really start us until 11:50ish. We spent a lot of money on extra food from Skyzone. The value just wasn’t there.

Somewhat unorganized with checking in at first, but another team member was a great assistance to the party. The hostess forgot to make the fruit tray that we brought available to my guest.

I hosted a party, knowing I would need extra pizza I ordered it when booking the party. The pizza was never brought out because the kitchen was backed up. Kids were still hungry and the pizza I had was gone. The manager did give me a refund but I still would have rather had the pizza for the kids.
