Too much time in party room. Wish more time could be spent on jump area.

The staff member who hosted my son’s party was very nonchalant. I have been to many parties at your facility and the staff was very engaging with the kids. This host didn’t get the kids hyped as I’ve seen in the past. She just stood in the corner with her arms folded. She wasn’t mean at all but just not engaging with this kids. I requested Kristen but she must have not been working this day of the party.
