The team members (Jazmon and Desi) that I was with were EXCELLENT! Tyra our birthday pary hostess was AMAZING! Thank you to everyone that help! We had an incident during the party, a couple jumpers got a little banged up and everyone was very attentive. Later son son hurt his shoulder on the obstacle course and all team members involved were quick to react and genuinely concerned. Everyone was FANTASTIC!

I was overall satisfied with my experience at skyzone from the moment I came in and got the people for my sons birthday party all checked in to the friendliness of all the staff

Our birthday host allowed the kids to use the private dodgeball court to play a couple of games since we had 22 kids at the birthday party. He was a fun ref and the kids really listened to him. He let the kids jump 10 minutes past time (I think because maybe the chicken bites we ordered weren't ready? but hey, the kids loved the extra time!) He was extremely proactive in the birthday party room getting the kids food and drink. I cannot remember his name, but he was the BEST birthday host we have ever had at a birthday event.

They were very friendly and helpful. Children had a blast.

Our party helper assigned to us (Desi) was super helpful and went over the top to make sure everything went smoothly. My daughter and all her friends had the best time, will definitely return.

My son's birthday party was last weekend. It was perfect! I did not expect the staff to put up my decorations, stuff the goody bags, and bring everything to the car in a cart. Above and Beyond! Thanks so much for VIP service.

This was the cleanest and safest place for my sons birthday party. All the kids said it was the best birthday party they’ve ever been to

The staff was super friendly and made everything so easy!! It was the best birthday party for my 10 year old!!

Upon check in, we were told that we had a person training helping with check in. She was extremely nice but the process was very lengthy. It took 25 minutes to check in my 2 boys and some people for our birthday party waited over 45 minutes from when they arrived and they already had waivers so we couldn't understand what took so long. 5 kids missed jumping at the starting point. She apologized profusely, but with 22 kids for the party, it would have been helpful for someone else to take over at some point. It wasn't fair for her or for our guests. On the other side, the team member that we had in our party room with us was AMAZING!!! I wish I could remember his name but he was fantastic in getting the kids their pizza and cake while being tons of fun. :)
