Last year, the person assigned to my party was way more attentive and checking on us during the jump time. Our birthday party room was also left unlocked after I voiced concerns that someone would steal something from the cart while unattended in the room.

I did not like the way the birthday room was set up where we weren't allowed to go in there until hard time we needed water and ice water for the kids we had asked for that because we didn't get our soda right away
