It was great except no one called to book

It was easy to check in, we were able to go to the room right away and Noah was awesome.

My child had a wonderful time with her friends. The party was super fun a simple for me as all I had to do was show up. The anntendant took care of everything. Thank you, Seth!

Sky Zone was the perfect choice for my 5 year olds birthday party. We had Alyssa who was our party attendant and she was wonderful! Would highly recommend to family and friends and the groupon for the party made it affordable and just what we wanted! Will be returning to jump and hopefully plan more parties!

I didn't know we only got the party room for 1 hour. People look for a place to put there stuff, sit down, relax while their kids play. Don't know that we will book another party there. & then we were rushed out as another party was waiting outside the door to get in for their hour. Maybe space out parties x 1/2 hour

Though the team member tried her best to process those waiting to check in--it was entirely too many people to expeditiously check in for one team member. There were 3 parties booked at the same time-with my party having 24 people. The check in process was slow and a bit unorganized--but again the staff member was doing her best which was commemorable.
