The party attendant needed a lot of help. There were 3 adults helping him pass out pizza and drinks. There was no silverware out, nothing was done ahead of time. The length of time in the room could be shortened and length of jump time lengthened.

The check in for my party was not as easy as expected based on what the website said nor what I expected. It was very chaotic at the desk, for the 30 min that I was at the counter checking in my guest and asking questions, since nothing was explained, there was a different person up there everytime. They would also began to help others in the middle of assisting me even though we weren't done. I asked for my hostess, was given her name but was told she was with another party at this time. I didn't meet my host until bout 15 min prior to going into the room when I went back to the counter to find her, I asked for the name I was given only to find out she wasn't my host. Kiera was my host and she was amazing and very kind.

Team member that was hosting party did not introduce herself and we felt rushed. She just hurried and passed out food and left the room. I had to look for her if I needed anything else. I still don’t know her name. I only left tip to be courteous , but she didn’t deserve it.

I wish someone would have discussed with me on what time we were to enter the party room. Our food set in the car until 8:50pm when I asked someone what time could we start setting up.
