We booked our son’s birthday party in January, for March 14. With everything going on in the world right now I was worried that the party wouldn’t be possible. We were SO happy when they stayed open, cleaning religiously, and were able to have the party. Because of the virus outbreak, our 15 jumpers turned into 5. We were charged for the cheaper birthday package and was also given 30% off the remaining balance by the manager. My son and his friends had a great time and us parents got to relax! Thanks!

We were very satisfied. Our iffy had a great time. The only issue we had was with the worker at the swings. They could not have looked less interested and did not help the little kids to get seated on the swing. So the swing just went around their backs and made it difficult and dangerous for their arms when they tried to drop. He was not doing a good job at all.

the employees were nice the only issue was we got a sausage pizza and cheeese for the party but we ordered sausage and pepperoni. no big deal

I was pleasantly surprised that I was not up charged for socks for the guests or extra time we spent in the party room. The trampolines were very bouncy and fun! It wasn’t over crowded and we had plenty of room to play. I will definitely be back frequently

I like that it is contained chaos. The kids can run free and play on their own, yet they are confined to the building and I can always find where they are. They love it!

Fun for the kids and I didn’t have to do much

I was highly satisfied with the friendly customer service that we received. The kids enjoyed themselves. The price I paid was a bit more than I wanted to spend.
