The staff was great and very helpful. I was especially pleased with our birthday party host Jordan. He was very attentive and interactive with the kids for our party. Every SkyZone should have 10 Jordans.

Very warm, welcoming staff who assisted with our birthday party. It was a true one-stop shop: food and drinks and assistance with serving were all provided. The adults enjoyed jumping just as much as the kids!

Alex and Jordan were both very friendly and helpful! All members of the party had a great time. The food and drinks were very good.

This was for my sons 8th birthday and his comments were that it was "unexplainably awesome!" The time in the party room is fairly short and hard to get pizza, cake and ice cream and presents all done in that time. Also, I thought the kids were supposed to get goody bags which they never received. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Our Birthday Party Host, Jordan, was VERY wonderful and fully engaged with our Birthday Girl and all her friends!! She loved how enthusiastic he was to sing her Birthday Song and how engaging he was. He also was fantastic with setting up, dishing up, having the kids listen to him and still made it very FUN!! He definitely made the birthday party an Experience!!

We had our daughters 8th birthday party at Sky Zone in Madison, Wisconsin. The entire experience was awesome. It was easy to book, easy to order food (we got pizza and drinks and then brought in a cake) and easy to actually focus on having fun on the day of. I appreciated that the staff took care of making sure the room was set up and ready to go and the food was right on time. I also liked that they were very transparent that we needed to be out of the room at a certain time. We made sure that the girls and parents knew that as well and we were sure to finish up eating and gather gifts, shoes and such and exit the room on time. The party hostess packed up our leftover pizza which was super helpful. I also loved that the party was reasonably priced. Pricing was similar to when we went to pump it up in the past, more affordable than laser tag and definitely more fun than laser tag (since kids have options of what they want to do). And I really liked that we got a couple free passes for the next time we come...which let's be honest will be very soon and we'll likely spend money on food and more jumpers so it is probably a win/win for everyone. We'll be back again! :)

Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great and friendly workers. Was awesome that we forgot candles and they found some for us to use for the cake.

Very impressed with the service of the birthday room/party experience. The serving, the refill of drinks and the cleanup. I barely had to do anything which I greatly appreciated.
