We had a wonderful birthday party for my 4 year old son and all different ages were able to attend. The pizza was better than expected and we were able to use the party room for about 30 mins longer because there was no one coming in after us which was a huge plus given the party before us took up too much time and the room was not ready for us at the time our party started.

The ease of planning and executing a children’s party along with the excitement and fun the kids had made it a wonderful experience.

We had a b-day party for our 7 year old son. The kids all had a blast and Kat did an excellent job attending to us.

The friendly staff was amazing and helpful. They were accomadating and organized. Wonderful.

People were very friendly. I was a bit concerned about nine-year-olds playing dodgeball with older kids. Food was better than I expected. Sky Zone would benefit from having someone consistently at the group check in desk. Seemed slightly understaffed, but the staff that was there were working hard and polite.

I had called to book the birthday party and the individual booked me for the very next day instead of the next week. I didn’t look at confirmation email date until I arrived at SkeZone. The team immediately resolved the issue for us and I was very happy with their service to us.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy and efficient. This began with the easy online booking, phone-based verification of party plans, and the efficient movement at the time of the party - check in, gathering coats/shoes/presents, transition to party room and the VERY attentive service provided throughout the whole event.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating I was very impressed with Alexander who had check us in very nice and friendly guy!@

The manager that checked us in was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. He made my check in super smooth! Loved his customer service skills!
