The staff was courteous. The party room was very spacious. The time allotted was about perfect.

Staff was extremely helpful and present. Everyone we needed help from was happy to assist. However, 2 hospital level injuries and a broken leg we observed when we arrived makes us hesitant to return.

Only one cake knife made us wait a while to have our cake. The cart system needs to be revamped. Some people had their carts taken to the room for them, ours was not. Our doggy bags were stolen from someone. The team at SkyZone gave me 4 complimentary doggy bags which was nice but part of my guests were without. That was probably the worst experience because I lost so much money on the stolen doggy bags and I am surprised that you guys did not have cameras or a security system of ANY kind. The kids working their seem to be the glue holding the place together. The one guy was running back and forth from party check in to concessions the first 45 minutes i was there. Insane.

It is always so choatic and always seem so understaffed. Had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to help. Ordered 3 pizzas and only 2 came. Never any seating spots for parents or non-jumpers to sit.

The pizza for the party was burnt. The kids trashed it all. Mats in walkways has warped corners creating a huge tripping hazard. I saw some people trip. The place was very overcrowded and there was mostly only one person checking in 2-3 birthday parties.

I have no issues with the employees who showed up to work but I"m told that many did not show up. This created a significant delay at check in, where one person was trying to check in two parties and all of the guests there for open jump. The party room host was very apologetic, and very out of breath, as he was trying to deal with all parties and food. The Madison site needs to be better staffed. Also the evites sent by SkyZone are filtered by most email accounts to spam, and once I sent out the invitations I was not able to get back to the invitee page to monitor the RSVPs. It would be better not to offer this "perk" at all because it was more hassle than benefit.

Bathrooms were trashed, water fountain was stopped up and spilling all over floor, rubber floor was bubbling and tripping people. There was a vacant party room but we didn’t get to use it. We had to wait and get the room that was smelly and being cleaned as we were ushered into it.

My overall experience with the party I organized with sky zone was good. The service from the staff was exceptional. The only thing I had an issue with was that we only had one staff member to help pass out pizza and drinks to 17 kids plus the adults. Dad and I had to help out with food and drinks which was fine but Being that we only allow 40 minutes in the party room this wasn’t efficient enough and we did go over time and didn’t get to open gifts during the party.
