No explanation of places to jump or options the kids had. Not a lot of explaination on how the birthday party events were going to go.

I spent the entire time serving food during the birthday party rather than speaking with our guests. At other Sky Zone locations, the hosts do all the serving so the people who paid to have the party can spend time with their guests.

The information provided in text vs when calling was not consistent. I called to add a pizza, text conversation was incorrect, reached out again via text and then confirmed, only 2 pizzas when we got to the room. Text conversation said socks not included, called and said they were.

The staff seemed untrained/unavailable. It was a Tuesday evening so the park wasn't busy but overall there just wasn't a lot of attention to detail or take charge from the staff members. It didn't hinder things for us but I just kind of felt like I made things up as I went.
