The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Good interaction between staff and the children. The staff in the party room did a great job and was very attentive.

It was very easy to have a birthday party there. I liked that I did not need to bring any food. I liked that the staff set up the party room.

The kids were engaged and loved the activities. I liked that all 10 children could do a variety of activities during the birthday party. It was fun for the kids to have a nerf war during the party. The person that was assigned to us for the birthday party room was friendly. All the children and parents were happy with the birthday party.

Hannah was great to work with in planning this party-very helpful and accomodating with a great attitude. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The helper in the birthday party room was great and met all the needs of the kids throughout the hour. I was so happy we were allowed to have the party during Homeschool Hop, as it was very important to my son that it wasn't too crowded. My son really enjoyed his party. Thank you!

The party staff from check-in to the party room were fantastic and accommodating, anticipating our every need. The kids had fun and the pizza was good. The party room we had was more than adequate in terms of size and had a great view of the facility.

Our class trip was amazing! The children loved it and we will certainly be booking again next year! Great job to all the staff and all their help!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I like how they pay attention to the children in a positive way, playing games with them, etc. I don't have to worry about anything when hosting a party there.
