I organized a gathering for a not for profit organization. An assistant manager, Drew was fantastic to work with , Hannah and Cassie assisted him. It was a most successful experience for 38 jumpers and more for the post jumping pizza and soda! We,llbe back next year!!!!

A wide variety of things for the kids to do, party helper was great, the only thing we would have changed would be a little bit more jump time

This is my 4th or 5th time I have had my children's birthday party at SkyZone. This time was great, much like they have been in the past. The worker who was in charge of our party (I can't recall his name, but we went on 3/17 at 12:30 in South Glens Falls NY) was the best we have had by far. So attentive and good with the kids!

Check in went great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was handled for me, which made planning and throwing a birthday party for my children so easy!

We had my sons 10th birthday party there. We had to get 13 children checked in. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The check in process went so quickly and from there everything went as planned

The party attendant was very helpful but not overbearing. The party room was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit. I would definitely recommend having a birthday party here.

I liked that I was able to book the party online, pizza was provided, and that I was able to bring in fruit, veggies, and cupcakes. The person who was helping run our party was so helpful and very sweet!

Positives: Staff was great! Party experience was wonderful and required little effort from me. Kids had a blast. Negatives: Party was very expensive and the ten kids included the birthday kid so that didn't leave many to invite since we have 3 kids in the family. 30 minutes was a long time to wait to gather the group. 15 would have been better but the staff did a great job keeping the kids entertained. My older daughter did not want to play dodge ball but the attendant told her she had to which didn't seem very fair. Other than that the party was a great success and we'd definitely recommend it to our friends.
