I was pleased for the most part with my visit but the girl checking in allowed people who were not on our party list to be added. She created a very awkward situation by telling me that they said I said to to put them on the list. I will be calling about this. I also felt the gym was extremely crowded for 2 years olds and thought a better job could have been done protecting them. Other than that the staff was friendly.

Friendly people, fun environment, a pretty good value just on the border of getting to expensive for those of us multiple children. But over all a great place to let the kids run

Satisfied just thought it was expensive for how long the kids had time to jump.... but everything else was smooth... my son was turning 14 and he only had 4 candles on his cake I did not like that I even asked if they supplied them because I would have brought more or at least the numbers

Did not need an hour for 10 kids to eat a slice of pizza and have cake. I would have asked parents to pick up earlier had I known that kids could not jump after eating. I certainly couldn’t have them stand around for 30 minutes doing nothing so I paid extra for them all to jump for an additional 30 minutes.

Aside from having to pay for the fountain drinks, when we should have been given the coupons at check in...at the end of the party I went to the desk closest to the kitchen where 3 employees were chatting to each other (not tending to guests) and I had to say, excuse me I'd like to pick up the extra cake from my daughter Addison's party. The girl said, oh you just have to tell the girl at the other desk...why I had to do this is beyond me because all she had to do was walk in the back and get the cake, when she wasn't doing anything anyway. So I went to the other desk, further away and told the girl I was sent to her to pick up the extra cake from the freezer. She stopped what she was doing and walked back to the other desk, closest to the kitchen and I heard the other girl say to the one that was helping me she was sorry. She must have realized that what she made the 2 of us do was stupid when she could've easily just gotten the cake. Petty thing like that is what makes for bad business. We always have a great experience at this sky zone location...very friendly service all around and very cheerful employees..well always be back for future parties..thank you very much guys...

Our check in staff was awesome, but the party room staff was immature. She said inappropriate things to the kids like 'Is it true that red heads don't have souls?' She was flighty and distracted and kept spilling drinks. A parent at the party complained.

The birthday party attendant in the birthday party room could have been more assertive and engaging with the kids. Many of the moms jumped in to help keep order and pass our food/drinks but if other parents hadn’t stayed, it would have been tough.
