I went there because of an online coupon and I guess because of the holiday the website was down I spoke to one manager and it was very frustrating that I had to call a one eight hundred number I felt like it was a waste of my time. My son was going crazy and he wanted to play. Then spoke another manager who was very nice and willing to help. I feel like it should've been like that the first place. Besides I was the only one that he had spoken to about the deal.
