My children enjoyed themselves. I struggled in the bathroom waiting for 30 plus minutes to use the changing table. I think more than one changing table for infants are needed.

Don't like the format of their bill. What looks like the total shows in bold print but fine print says this is amount with 20% gratuity then tip line is below that & fine print says add more to your tip here... Ended up tipping like $12.00 didn't see it till I was gone & out in bright light where I could read it. VERY SNEAKY ON THEIR PART!! Have never seen this any restaurant so wasn't looking for it. They know when you're dealing with kids wanting to go play games that you're not reading all the fine print on a restaurant bill. Not happy about that at all.

I love this place, however this trip was not as good as normal. We had poor service (didn't get refills, slow and not very attentive waitress). Then, we had some miscommunications and confusion with the workers about splitting tickets earned as a team. Ended up leaving with a sadly negative experience.

Great place for the whole family

First time there. Ordering seemed complicated. Strong room freshener throughout the restuarant gave me a migraine. The kids enjoyed themselvesm

My favorite game was broken, the for the zombie game one of the controllers is broken. Other than that it was a great experience! Oh and it was my friends birthday and they didn't do anything for him when we ate dinner, which was disappointing.

A fun place

That we the first time I went, and I had a blast! I will definitely be back.
