Not happy

The service for the restaurant part was slow

Great place... Servers were pretty rude though. Next time I'll just go to the bar and play games.

Overpriced mediocre food and mediocre service. Took my 10 year old here for his birthday. He likes the games but waaaay overpriced! They do have 1/2 prices games on Wednesdays, which might be the only thing that will bring me back there. But we'll get dinner first......

horrible service....slow....didn't offer selection choices...

After receiving cold food and had to wait until the rest of my party was finished before I even received fresh food. I was then charged incorrectly and the waitress never came back to the table. I asked for a manager but one never showed up. I was really mad that I had Estes $60 on bad food and bad service.

I love Dave and busters but they are open until 1am and turn all the lights on and prepare to shut down at 12:15. As a customer I feel rushed.

Food was cold and my game card didn't work right. They didn't fix it and thought I was lying about the machine.

Staff was rude. Food was okay. Bar staff was terrible. Games were awesome. Restrooms were just not clean.
