The two young men assigned to our party (one was in training) were exceptional. I noticed how quickly they learned all the kids' first names. They were so engaging with the kids and made it fun for them. I really value that kind of personal touch.

My kids LOVE this place. I was really pleased at how easy it was to book a party and how little I had to be involved in the party. The staff took care of everything so I could enjoy the time with my kids.

The check in time took a while and they couldn’t find a few of the online waivers myself and the rest of the party did. Although the ease of having a party there was amazing, I think it was over priced for the amount of time you can actually spend using the equipment. It felt very over crowders as well. The staff was amazing and we appreciate the help of Jordan our party coordinator.

The party for my son went smoothly. The party helper for the party was great and very helpful! All the kids had a blast!

Our party consultant was friendly. He learned the kids names easily and was able to talk to them on their level. The facility was clean.
