Kristin super friendly and was great with the kids and kept them busy the whole time, she kept me informed as to what was next and did everything in the birthday room which was awesome because I could visit with the other parents and check on the kids. Every kid had a great time, especially the birthday boy!

There was plenty of communication when I booked my son's party to the day of. I also appreciated the phone call 1 week prior to confirm some of the information. Check in was easy the morning of the party. Our Party host, named JAZZ, was awesome. she explained the process well, did exactly what she said she was going to do and the kids all loved her.

Nick our host at Kingston Massachusetts locations went above and beyond for our 12 year olds birthday party. We have 15 kids and he had no problem keeping them together and keeping everything organized but yet having fun with the boys. Awesome experience thanks to him!

The kids loved every second! What a fun time for everyone! We will definitely be coming back!

Well run fun place

Birthday party for my 9 year old. Booked online then got a call to confirm some info. I didn't call back so they called me again, which was great. Online booking is my only compliant - the party descriptions/packages are not that clear in certain parts of the website. Everything was great during the party. It was Kristin's first party and she did a great job.

The facilities were wonderful. The staff was highly helpful, especially Courtney. Everyone was very pleasant and helped make the event a great success!
