Easy to book online, great to have party coordinator

Bella was just right for us! She was very helpful and we all enjoyed the experience! I did have to move the party (twice!) because of illness/low rsvp’s. But they were so kind- as a matter of fact I think Bella was the person I was talking to most of all. So all in all really great job done by everyone I had contact with! Thanks!!

The friendliness and professionalism of the employees was surprisingly awesome. Caitlyn was a great guide and the other girls were very laid back and accommodating. We had a lot of questions and favors to ask/do (decorating the cake, setting up the Elf on the Shelf, decorations.. I was impressed for the second straight year.

Staff were organized! Our group felt like they had special treatment got on everything they wanted! Due to snow storm they squeezed us in to a day earlier without any fees or attitude! It was so helpful and appreciated

Our party attendant was excellent. She was very friendly and the kids loved her. She helped the kids feel like VIPs going to the front of the line in each area. Thank you for making my son’s party great. He felt like a rock star!!

The organizer was friendly and attentive to our needs.She kept the party together and assisted them with the areas they were interested to go. She waited on everyone in the party room and was very organized.

There is a lot for guests to do in the park. The staff running the party were helpful and knowledgeable. Each of our students and leaders enjoyed the pizza served and the space we used.

The staff Associate was terrific and the party moved along nicely. The time in the party room could have been a little longer but kids had a great time.

Facility was clean, staff members were knowledgable and the kids had a great time.
