Easy to book a party. Very well organized. Amazing staff to assist throughout the even and the kids had the absolute best time

Once we arrived for the party they immediately took the kids to the dodgeball court for their games which was fine. Then the kids ran free for a while. I never saw the party host until all the kids said they were hungry so we went in the room and helped ourselves to pizza. There was absolutely no attentiveness to us. So I basically paid $500 for a Room with pizza and a cake when I could’ve just paid for the kids to jump freely and not spent so much money there is absolutely NO VALUE in the party package and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The person at check in was rude to my guests that showed up late. We needed to add coats ,shoes to the rack which was moved to the back. She seemed annoyed when i told her we needed to add things to the rack. The young lady that was assigned to the kids and the party room was awesome!

It would be better if they did a game or something with the kids to keep them entertained. They got bored jumping in 1 area for 30+ min, only one game was played at the very end.

I was frustrated to be charged for a party with 20 kids instead of 16. Luckily I caught this before I left but already signed the bill. Then when I got home I realized the next morning they overcharged us by $270. This was even more frustrating and had to sort this out by phone with the manager. Our birthday cake was frozen too.

When it was time to leave, the computers were down, and I had to wait to pay my bill. They had to restart the servers. It started to get extremely crowded because they couldn’t check people in, close out my party or even start the next party.

Not enough time in the party room and completely dissatisfied that the last 10 mins in that room overlaps with the ending 30 mins of jump time. It is unfair and should not be timed in that way.

I live it no problems

Check in process was inefficient and took 20 min. Definitely could streamline the process. All waivers were filled out online and it still took forever to get the kids jumping.
