The toddler area was not open the full hour of jump time, so there wasn't much for the child to do...felt rushed

We waited a while at the check in. I misunderstood that the time we booked to start the party was the time to start the check in process (especially because there was language that guests needed to arrive early to sign the waiver). The kids started getting restless, I wish they had just moved us along. I didn't feel confident that the party leader was paying attention to make sure all the kids were accounted for at all times, but maybe I missed it. The party paper plates, etc. could be better (only blue?), and also, every party should include at least a small favor. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The cake tasted awful, The cost of the party was very expensive. The kids wished they had more time playing dodgeball.

I paid a lot of money to have my son's 7th birthday party here. The check in time should not be included in the 2 hour party. It's takes away from party time. The party room was very rushed the whole party was rushed. Just not enough time. I did like and enjoy the party though and my son loved it. They also forgot to pass out the goodie bags that were included in my package. Not happy about that. Over all good place for a party!!

Only problem we had was the dodgeball attendant only was calling letter C and D for dodge ball after we kept asking when a B would happen. She said at 10PM and she still didn’t. I got Jeremy our party attendant he apologized for it and took over so the birthday party could play a few rounds. The girl was not professional and her friends where not nice about it some of them even pushed in to the B group trying to get in to dodge ball and jumped on the court.

Everything was great, the only thing was that the price was very high. I think 25 dollars for each extra jumper is kind of a lot. But the party coordinators were great and all the kids had a blast!

The price is a little high. Some healthier food options would be nice.

Not enough time in party room and we were rushed out. Also party room not stocked with enough utensils or napkins and waited a long time bewteeen pizza and cake time. I had to find the lighter and napkins on my own. Also would be great if associate could guide us on how much food we should order based on party size as we had no previous experience with that.

A warrior course was taking place & was closed till 12:30. This was not known at time of booking. Kids were disappointed. Only used for 5 mins with open public

Cake that includes in party deal was very small and birthday favors was kind of disappointed
