Had a great birthday party and our host in the party room was wonderful. The kids loved the glow in the dark.

Josh was great, we had a great time with him!!! My kids love this place!

Well defined steps, process, and an end to end support. Advise to simply to the process of adding kids' details online so that we have to spend less time while check-in at the park.

Danny our party planner was so nice she went above and beyond with helping with the party and kids. All the staff at the location always are so nice.

My party host was very attentive and friendly. He also made sure I knew what to expect during the birthday party.

Kids were doing things thst were dangerous but no monitor for them. Some dangerous things were going on but no staff or parent around monitoring the neglected children who were running and jumping in front of bigger kids. The little ones almost were landed on.

We enjoyed our time at Sky Zone. It is a little expensive.

The culture at Skyzone is supportive of the type of experience that families need on an outing. Our hostess was amazing and kept a reassuring smile on her face. You all may want to look into getting a D.J or creating your own playlists, because the music isn’t the best...at all. I’m sure that you all have done some research that supports the use of it, but I’d beg to differ. At least have different music for the party rooms. I always have a great time at Sky Zone, and we’ll be back soon.
