Check in process took longer than expected due to it being everyone's 1st time back since covid. Water was spilled on the floor so the kids got their socks wet Overall the staff and our host were extremely friendly and the kids had a great time!

Thought that the price was a little expensive for the time and experience

The check in process was too slow. The restrooms and locker area were very dirty. Glow was very crowded.

We had a 7pm party, but was not allowed to enter the room at 645pm to set up. The room was not being used, the door was open but noone seemed to know why or how we could be let in. The host was great however we he was able to join us. We ended up just going in the back and setting up regardless at 655pm, which was really a shame because we ended up having to set up when our guests were arriving. The host did offer to help set up and he was awesome.

We paid a lot of money to have a birthday party at Sky Zone. When it was all said and done we had to tip our party hostess, I don’t think that paying 379+ dollars for a party and not giving some of that money to your employees is right! We did tip our hostess but I will think twice before I book another party again. We had a party for our son at Boondocks and they didn’t ask for us to tip our hostess and they helped out more. The party portion was a let down honestly.

I thought overall the birthday party experience was good and easy. I do think we were rushed a bit out of the party room pretty quickly. I think another 15-20 minutes of having the party room would have been nice and not so rushed.

My son had a great party so that is good but seemed overly priced for what we got. I knew price going into it so not upset.

We had the party booked from 5:30-7, and at 6:30 the boys got told to go to the balance beam/hammock area so they could set up for Glow. The boys and i were confused where they could go for the last 30 mins of play.

I had no host for the birthday party. I had to move the cart to my assigned area. i had to find out who was my host?

The time in party room was very rushed. I was not aware that we would not have time to open presents. 40 minutes is not enough time for 15 kids to eat pizza, cake, and do presents. Every one of our party guests felt we were rushed out too quickly. We were not able to open presents at the party and the birthday girl was pretty sad her friends couldn’t watch her open her presents.
