I loved the bday coordinator and most of it was easy. The kid monitoring the dodgeball area was not watching for safety. He had kids 14 or up compete with my 6 and 8 year old with their friends and they would aim for the face. When I asked him to tell them they should play a little less rough and not aim for heads, the kid shrugged his shoulders and said “I can’t do anything about this”. So I had the bday party group move to something else because the kid monitoring the dodgeball was not paying attention to my concerns.

Upon arrival though, the girls checking us in were nice, but seemed really confused about the whole party check-in process and annoyed/thrown off that people didn't have waivers signed prior to arrival. I'm guessing unsigned waivers are common and shouldn't be a difficult fix. It was fairly chaotic for about 15 minutes before things were sorted out. We weren't given direction about where to put shoes, gift bags, cake, etc. Also - an hour in the party room is way too much. Increase jump time to 90 minutes and decrease party room to 30 minutes.

The pizza was not cooked all the way. Other than that it was a blast.

1 of your staff members was very rude during the check in process. I wont say who or what they did/said but I feel like more customer service training is needed.

I felt a little rushed at the end with the details I needed to take care of. Some of which could have been taken care of at the beginning of the event. Overall the staff was wonderful!

Your whole front area was supposed to be finished so that our kids could enjoy the new obstacle course option. It was still completely under construction and the people at check-in said you were experiencing significant delays. It was one of the main reasons why we wanted to have our party there. Our party was scheduled for 11 AM on Sunday but I guess you don’t open until 11 AM. So even though you told us to have everyone arrive 15 minutes early. Your doors were closed and there was no one to help us. They did let us enter the building but no one could check my party in or help address us until just a few minutes before jump time started.

The staff was great! I feel for the price paid for a Birthday party the kids should have more jump time and time in the party room.
