I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and they did not deliver them until after we ate cake.

Our hostess for my twins 9th birthday celebration was amazing. She was on top of catering to us and helped out more then I was expecting. I would do a party again if my kids wanted

we were highly satisfied, just thought maybe you can consider adding option of an extra 30 or 60 minutes for an additional fee (?) Also, add things to menu, like chicken wings and salads.

Kids had a great time and were relatively safe play. Clean environment with friendly staff overall. There was one staff who was not very polite explaining rules to my daughter who was not very familiar with the rules. All party set up was done for me so it was convenient. The staff that was not so polite could have been nicer and friendlier explaining the rules, but I felt she was being a bit too stern in her tone and explanations in front of my daughter’s friends and other onlookers. Other than that, it was great

Hayley and Matt were extremely helpful and very nice. They greeted me and took good care of my daughters birthday.

Our party host lizeth if I’m not mistaking was very attentive and helpful! Overall everyone who attended had an amazing time. We all were hungry and tired after the hour jump and devoured the food from the party.
