Only problem I had was I was told I was going to be in the party room overlooking everything and ended up on the one on the side by the bathroom. So I don’t know when or why that changed. Secondly, 5 to 10 more minutes in the party room would help it not feel quite as rushed.

I felt that the way u time to be in the room is not enough. Plus the food there isn’t a lot of optional. Only one person in the kitchen working. Some employees weren’t that friendly

Pricey for 1 hour and not a whole lot of assistance. Room was tight but satisfactory. Water machine ate my money.

The check in was chaotic. I don’t think that was an issue of Sky Zone, but more of the number of people checking in on a Saturday afternoon. There are a lot of people that attend parties, and don’t jump. They seem to create a traffic in the walkways; with their standing around. Perhaps a larger seating area for non-jumpers.

Everyone had a good time BUT my dissatisfaction was with the time we spent in the party room, everything seemed so rushed and we paid a good chuck to have 23 jumpers in total for 2hrs of jump time plus some use of party room. Extended party room time and a designated seating area for those who purchased the party pack would be good, this would help keep the party parents all together

price for the amount of time. food was not as good for the price. $40 for the salad that only fed maybe 5 people.

The ease of setting up event seemed smooth. However a lot of the info provided at that time was different than the one provided on the day of the event . More support from person checking us in would be helpful. Many areas were closed . Not that fun if most areas closed . We were informed we could be there until 8:30 but we’re informed we needed to get ready to leave since park would be closing a little before 8.

The only aspect we found as a downfall was the time spent in the birthday room. It felt a bit rushed and we had to finish opening gifts in the food court area.
