SkyZone

A mom of birthday party attendee thought she had to pay to enter and watch her child. Sky zone took her money instead of clarifying that parents are allowed to enter free and watch kids for free. Skyzone should have clarified then given the host the opportunity to pay for her. Our party room skyzone employee was very helpful and friendly but she cleared our food away repeatedly too quickly and before we were finished even when I asked her to stop several times and we had plenty of time left. I didn’t get to finish my cake, pizza OR drink before she cleared. I felt rushed by her and I left the party starving and thirsty and irritated. My suggestion is that she ask before she starts clearing or better yet clear after we leave. Also we paid for three 2 liter sodas we should get to keep those. Our skyzone helper also kept walking in aisles saying excuse me for us to get out of her way constantly instead of working around us or waiting for us to pass or go first. Otherwise she was friendly and efficient.

Check-in didn't run smoothly, I had 3 staff members helping my host and 2 of them had attitudes. I also would like to point out that my host was nice, but the other staff members ruined my first experience there. Also would like to say if older and maturer staff could be hired or better training with customer service.

I spent almost $300 for my granddaughter's birthday party. I was told by the staff member my granddaughter might not be allowed to open her gifts. I explained we might have extra children which I would pay for and they made one parent pay. I believe the birthday party participants should be allowed to go back out and jump after the party room.

kids enjoyed everything... there was a miscommunication and the mgr did not handle it well.... I spent almost $500 on a birthday party and I felt like mgmt could have done a better job with the issue
