The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly with myself and my guest. The facility was clean and there were ample staff members to monitor each jump area. The birthday hosts were kind and made it easy for the parents to relax.

Booking was easy. Cost was great. The kids had fun.

We did have a check in issue but the manager came right over and fixed it right away. She then made sure everything was taken care of for the rest of the party. Claire was her name and I was super happy and thankful for her help and professionalism.

The staff made it very easy planning a party. Check in was a cinch. The e invites were very easy to figure out. Being there on a Sunday, crowds were down and the kids didn’t need to wait for anything

With the amount of kids included in our group, the employees did a great job of keeping us informed and updated as to what to expect next. They were all very helpful and pleasant. When there was a problem they were quick to help.

The staff were so kind and helpful. Everything was so clean and the cupcakes were wonderful from Taylor’s bakery. Bathrooms were clean
