Everything was ready when we arrived. Carolyn (our party host) made our party super easy and fun. We had one bump in the road but it was taken care of quickly and did not effect our party at all.

Overall a great birthday experience. It was extremely crowded when we were there. The issue we had was that our entire party was given stickers for the wrong time. Our jump time was to start at 4:30 and our stickers implicated that this was the end of our time. So the kids were getting kicked off stuff just as they were getting started. So we wasted more time waiting in line to get this fixed and the kids lost play time. When you only have an hour to play this is frustrating. I also wish we had access to the parry room the entire time. It would be much less chaotic to have a home base for instead of trying to shove everything on a cart. Otherwise the kids had a great time.

The ease of scheduling a party was great. The party host we hadwas amazing!! Very comfortable and informative. The only dislike was the greasy-ness of the warrior course.

Glow party was an awesome way to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday! The DJ was the icing on the cake! My son and his friends had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Great experience having a birthday party there on a weeknight. Good assistance from the staff. Good all-inclusive items for the party room.

The hostess that I had for my daughter party was extremely patient with our group. It was a large group of 15 6-7 year kids. She was kind and courteous. This help to ensure the experience was memorable for my daughter.

Had a party for Cub Scouts. All employees were friendly and efficient. Kids had a great time. Pizza was good. I would recommend Sky Zone as a party place for kids.
