The staff was very friendly. They interacted very well with the kids. The kids had a blast.

I was highly satisfied because everyone that showed up for my daughter party enjoyed themselves. The fuel zone had reasonable prices. The party hosts were so excellent I offered them a piece of birthday day because they were very good at their job.

This was the easiest birthday party to book and to host. Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. Check-in and the party host were absolutely terrific to work with.

Maddie was very polite attentive and awesome!

My son had been to previous birthday parties and enjoyed himself. When it came time to book his party, we made the easy decision to use Sky Zone. The staff was very friendly and helpful while scheduling the party and called to finalize details before the event. Our party coordinator, Morgan, did a great job working with the kids. The room was set up before we entered with the kids and it looked fantastic! I was gladly plan another party at Sky Zone!

Kenzie was a great help with everything. She did a great job keeping everything running smoothly including helping kids out during play! We were very pleased with her as our party host.

Check in area was crowded it wasn’t clear where guest were supposed to go to check into the party. The room was not decorated with streamers which I know were mentioned in the party materials and on the phone.

I honestly felt very rushed when in the party room. The table cloth was blue. Her colors were pink and purple. The jumping was really fun, the room could have been better.

The staff were extremely friendly however I felt like I needed everything explained to me better. It was my first time at Skyzone and I wanted everything explained to me about where we could jump and about the party. Also, the adults had nowhere to sit and conversate whilst the kids were jumping and I wish we were able to have access to the party room for the entire duration of the party especially considering how expensive the party was. Free passes to return to the park for each child that did not show up and access to the party room for the entire duration of the party would have made me highly satisfied with my Skyzone experience.
