The price for a party was pretty expensive, we probably won’t host a party there again due to the price. Other than that, it was fine.

We had a birthday party starting at 10am, but were not allowed to go back and jump until 10:30. So I had 10 kids in the foyer trying to keep them occupied and out of trouble while they were complaining they had to sit there for 30 minutes. If we can't jump until 10:30, then don't make us all arrive at 10.

The pizza is very bad. Please improve the food. The event is great until it’s time to eat!!!

I was unaware that the party portion was upstairs and we had a guest in a wheelchair who was unable to get upstairs. No one asked during the phone calls prior to the party if I had anyone in a wheelchair coming.

The lack of communication was the main reason for dissatisfaction. The party procedures weren’t properly explained...from timing of the party room activities, the jump areas available, and the need for new waivers for every jumper. (Apparently there was an ownership change two weeks prior which required new waivers for everyone...would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.) While we might return for open jump times, we won’t be recommending Sky Zone for birthday parties. We also feel the value we received for the cost didn’t meet our expectations.

There was no air conditioning in Party room 1. And, having water available to the kids while they’re jumping would be my suggestion. But, overall it was great! Thanks!

Wish there were more options for the party room. Some changes in the party were required that took a while to figure out with the staff. Would like more flexibility in timing and a place to gather during “breaks”. Overall it was a good value for a hands off birthday party.

There were boys playing dodgeball that were being way too aggressive and hitting our son and some of his party guests in the face with balls. We complained to the worker and he ended up making a few of the boys leave the court but within a few minutes the boys were back and harassing my son and his guests.
